Chat is quite awesome and as many of our users have stated, time saving! We’re thus replacing the call button with the live support button during live order tracking, but still providing support over the phone as well!
Speaking of time, to speed up your GetirFood experience, we've brought our ‘Filter’ and ‘Sort’ buttons at the forefront. Also, you can now filter restaurants with promos! By sliding to the very end, you can click to see all restaurants with promos!

We think it’s quite cool to add new features to this app that millions of people in Turkey use. This update brings the option to pay with Istanbulkart, the omnipresent card that’s a staple of life in Istanbul. Just select Istanbulkart on the payment screen, bring the card closer to your phone and scan it. Payment by Istanbulkart is valid through Getir, GetirMore, and GetirWater and is not limited to Istanbul, but also available in all of our beloved cities! Cool, right?

Before, you’ve had to wait for your grocery order to reach you to be able to request your hot meal through Getirfood, or had to make a choice between your Getir and Getirmore orders.
Now, with this update, you can place multiple orders from Getir, Getirfood, Getirmore and wait for it, Getirwater at the same time and follow the live status of your active orders from the main page. Yes, you have not read it wrong, we now deliver your Kuzeyden 19L orders with our new service Getirwater!

You can now see how many minutes it has been since you placed your food order and its current status on the live support screen.
